Container Trader’s wholesale channel lets distributors, depots and leasing companies offer bulk inventory to Dealer Pro members without listing it on the public marketplace. Your company name, contacts and wholesale prices stay out of public view.
How the wholesale model works
You supply the stock and set your wholesale price. Container Trader brings the dealers and handles the sale.

Apply and get approved
Tell us about your company, depots and stock. We review every supplier and agree pricing, pickup and release details with you before anything is listed.

List your stock privately
Add containers yourself on your supplier inventory page, or send us your regular inventory list and we import it for you. Each listing shows size, type, condition, quantity, depot city and your wholesale price.

Dealer Pro members request
Only dealers on an active Dealer Pro plan can see wholesale stock. A dealer sends a purchase request, which holds the containers while the sale is confirmed.

The dealer pays us
Container Trader confirms availability with you and invoices the dealer, who pays Container Trader LLC by wire or ACH. Questions and photos go back and forth through site messages.

You get paid the same day
As soon as the dealer's payment arrives, Container Trader pays you in full by wire or ACH that same day.

You send the release
Once you have been paid, send the release to Container Trader. We forward it to the dealer, who picks up at your depot.
Paid in full before any release
Just like a normal wholesale sale, you never release a container before you are paid. Dealers pay Container Trader LLC by wire or ACH, we pay you by wire or ACH the same day, and only then do you send the release.
What stays private
Wholesale stock never appears on the public marketplace.
Your name stays private
Dealers see "Supplier", never your company name. You see the buyer as "Dealer Pro member".
No contact details shared
Phone numbers and emails are never shown in either direction. Messages and photos go through Container Trader.
Prices off the public site
Wholesale prices appear only to signed-in Dealer Pro members, never on public listings or in search.
